2025 - 2026 Registration
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open this Spring. Early registration helps us prepare classes and materials and is greatly appreciated.
If you need financial assistance with tuition or want to pay in installments please email ReligiousFormation@stlukewestport.org or Father Kumar at Pastor@stlukewestport.org for confidential assistance.
All group/class communications will be sent through Flocknotes. As classes are formed students will be added to the email list. Please make sure to allow emails from Flocknotes.

Religious Formation Payments can be made here through our new Online Giving Platform OSV
Step 3: Annual Consent & Release Form
Please complete this form for each child in the program. This is required yearly by the Diocese of Bridgeport.
Faith Bridge Program
Summer Faith Bridge Make Up Class session registration will open up this Spring. Please check back in May to register your child.
Any students who have missed any grades 3-6 of formation, need to complete Faith Bridge classes consecutive with the current school year. Contact ReligiousFormation@stlukewestport.org for more information on Faith Bridge requirements.
Any students who are in grade 3 or above and need to make the sacrament of First Reconciliation and First Communion can register for the Faith Bridge First
Communion classes which run from January 2025 through April 2025. Students must be enrolled in the 2024-2025 school year in order to participate in any Faith Bridge program.
